Canada's anti-spam legislation has strict rules that limit the use of email for commercial purposes.

To comply with the legislation, Rose Cottage Quilt Shoppe requires you to give your consent either by completing the online registration or verbally at the checkout counter.  Making an online purchase is considered implied consent under the legislation.

You may stop receiving these messages by following the unsubscribe link found on each message or by contacting us directly at the store.

We will never share or sell your personal information.

Terms and Conditions

• EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT may be offered where an item is defective, damaged or incomplete and this condition is reported to us within fourteen days.
• NO RETURNS on fabric and other "yard goods", open packages or "sale" items. 
• SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS are subject to a 20% non-refundable deposit when placing your order in store. 
• SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE must be paid in full when placing the order.  If you cancel the order before we take delivery from the supplier, a 50% fee will be levied to cover shipping, handling, restocking and administrative fees.  Otherwise the special order is considered a final sale and no refund will be given.
• FULL REFUND is given when the supplier is unable to provide the goods within 30 days.

Shipping

SHIPPING of items under 5 kg (11 lbs) is a flat rate of $15 to Ontario addresses and $20 to other Canadian provinces (BC/AB/SK/MB/QC/NB/NS/PE/NL) and territories (YT/NT/NU).  Free shipping is offered for shipments valued at $200 or more to all Canadian provinces.  We generally ship by Purolator, Canpar or Canada Post.  We cannot guarantee arrival time but we do ship within three days and provide tracking.  Shipping costs are subject to change as the market changes.

International Sales

US customers, please read this.

We consider all other international sales as special orders.  These orders must be placed by email or phone and prepaid after shipping cost has been calculated.  Online sales to other countries is not available at this time.
